Jessica Teeter
Owner and Administrator
Jessica Teeter is the owner and administrator of Caring Hearts Home Care. She has been a nurse for 34 years and has served patients and families in Lubbock and the surrounding communities through direct patient care as well home health and hospice care. Jessica was born in the Panhandle and raised in Lubbock. She has been married for 20 years and has two children and 13 grandchildren.
Professional Work History -
Jessica has been working in the home and hospice care field for 25 years and previously provided hospital staffing for nine years. She had been the Executive Director for Caring Hearts Home Care for three years prior to becoming the owner.
Jessica's mission statement
is that she believes this is more than a job, it is a ministry. She feels that she has been blessed to serve others and that everybody can be great because everybody can serve. Per Jessica, the miracle is not that we do this work, but that we are happy to do it. The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.
Melinda Timms
Alternate Administrator
Melinda Timms has worked with us since January 17th, 2022. Melinda has been married for 22 years and has three children. She previously worked in the HR departments of nursing homes for ten years. She is an Alternate Administrator at Caring Hearts.
Professional Work History -
Melinda is a certified nurse's aide and a caregiver. She has a certification in Alzheimer's and dementia care.

is knowing that God has given her the ability to serve others and to provide loving care for those in need.
